5. DONATE SECURITIES AND MUTUAL FUNDS
A donation of securities or mutual funds is the most efficient way to give charitably. Since capital gains taxes don't apply, our charity receives the full fair market value when the security is sold, and you get a tax receipt which reflects your larger contribution. This allows you to give more and get more. CanadaHelps, our trusted partner, will process the donation of your security on our behalf.
SERVECITY $1K-CHALLENGE FUNDRAISER
Our ServeCity $1KCHALLENGE is a call we’ve extended to our church family, near and far, to tap into your circles of influence and raise at least $1,000 to help close the $250k gap toward our $1M goal. Scripture reminds us that God often uses those around us to help make miracles happen. We’re hoping to reach this goal by August 31st.
